  • In order to log into Mobango website, simply insert your username and password (provided during your registration) in the "member log in" box on the right side of Mobango homepage

  • If you forget your password or your password doesn't work, you can easily request it. Enter the username you provided at registration and your password will be sent to you at the email you entered during registration!

  • If you forget your Mobango Username, you need to re-enter the email address you provided during the registration process: we will email your correct username to you.

  • 4 . How can I modify my details, included my Mobile’s brand and model?
  • In order to change your details, including the cell phone model coupled with your account please follow these steps: - Access your Mobango account, with your username and password. - Click on the MY PAGE link on the navigation bar -- Click on EDIT PROFILE --Change the detail that you want in the appropriate field - And then click "Save" at the bottom of the page. Remember that you can choose only one mobile's model and brand for every mobango's profile that you have !
